Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding standard U.S. holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Options & Fees
We ship all orders via USPS within the United States. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (Flat Rate): 2-5 business days

  • Priority Shipping (Additional Fee): 2 business days

  • Free Shipping: Orders of three or more bottles qualify for free standard shipping (subject to change)

Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Returns & Replacement Policy

Final Sale Policy

Due to the nature of our supplement products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been shipped. This policy ensures the quality and safety of our products for all customers.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery at [email protected].

  • Damaged/Incorrect Orders: Provide clear photos of the item(s) and packaging to process a replacement.

  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If the package is missing, contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim with USPS.

Replacements only – we do not issue refunds.
